Make manual and commit to `pyg4ometry/docs/pyg4ometry.pdf`.

Updating Copyright
------------------

Update the year in the following files:

* `LICENCE.txt`
* `README.md`
* `docs/source/conf.py`
* `docs/source/licence.rst`
