Royal Holloway Meeting, 19/09/03

Directions to the Royal Holloway College can be found here. The meeting will be held in the Horton Lecture Theatre 1, building 20 on the map. Parking spaces (10) have been reserved in Car Park 6 (clearly marked on the map), just in front of Athlone Halls. They will be labelled BaBar-UK meeting.

If you are arriving by train, the best way to get to the College is to take a taxi from Egham train station. Journey time is 2-3 minutes and the cost is around 3 pounds. If you want to book a taxi in advance, you can call the following number: 01784 432222 (Gemini Taxis)

If you arrive by plane at Heathrow airport, it is advisable that you book the taxi before you leave, in order to have a cheaper fare. You can use the same telephone number as above; journey costs around 17 pounds. You can also take one of the cabs outside the airport, but in that case the price can be up to 30 pounds.
