Tania McMahon joined the department as a lecturer in Particle Physics in September 2000. Since 1998 she has been working on the BaBar experiment at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Centre.
She was involved in the analysis which first demonstrated the existence of CP violation in B meson decays. Her current research activities involve data analysis to study aspects of the theory of CP violation.
She is now based at CERN.
