Abstract
CP violation in the softly supersymmetry-broken interactions in orbifold compactifications is investigated. In particular we include the universal part of the moduli threshold corrections in the gauge kinetic function and the resulting, through gaugino-condensation, non-perturbative moduli effective potential. We also include non-perturbative effects in the dilation Kahler potential. The effect of the universal threshold corrections on the magnitude of CP violation is investigated.
