Statistical Issues in Heavy Flavour Physics
Glen Cowan

Abstract
Two statistical questions relevant to heavy flavour physics are discussed. First, the problem of how best to combine measurements of branching ratios of rare decays is treated using the method of maximum likelihood. Second, the general question of how to quantify theoretical uncertainties is examined.
